Everyone has read ‘Good to Great’ by Jim Collins in the corporate space. You either have a boss or manager with that book on their shelf, or you may have had that book as required reading as a part of an MBA program. I know it is a classic and a lot of people swear by its principles.
I’m interested in helping people to go from great to exceptional. This is a mantra I live by because great is becoming average while exceptional is exceptional. You want to leave someone greater than you left them so if they are already great, the only other direction they can go is up.
I had the chance to explain this ‘great to exceptional’ concept as a guest on a podcast a while back. I was invited to speak on The Schmidt List podcast with my new friend Kurt Schmidt. Check out this episode and let me know what you think.
